Nickelodeon’s TMNT Return For More Action in August

Many fans have been asking us when they could expect to see more episodes of Nickelodeon’s TMNT, but we haven’t had any answers for them. Sadly, the head honchos like to keep these things under wrap until the very last second, and that’s exactly what they’ve done this time around.

At this year’s SDCC panel, it was announced that the latest season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles would begin to air in only a few weeks! You won’t have to wait much longer for more shell raising action, as the first episode of this latest batch of episodes is set to air on August 14th.

This probably won’t come as a shock to most fans, as they tend to release each new season at the beginning of the school year in North America. If you’re ever wondering when you can expect to see more Ninja Turtles episodes being released, expect them to come in either August or September.

It’s nice to see that we are only three short weeks away from new episodes of the series, and if the reaction at Comic-con was any indication, it looks like we’re in for another epic tale. Ciro Nieli teased that we might even see a few baddies from space making an appearance on Earth at some point in the near future!

Another revelation made during the panel was the addition of a new character named Shinigami. Voiced by Gwendoline Yeo, Shinigami is a mystic witch of the foot clan who will play a significant role in the upcoming episodes.

Unfortunately, they didn’t reveal much more than this during the panel and we’ll just have to wait for Nickelodeon’s TMNT to return this fall in order to find out more about the plot. Thankfully, we only have to wait three more weeks until the next episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles airs!

The long wait is finally over, my friends. Prepare for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to bring the fight back to New York this August.
