The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie was announced in June 2020.

Aside from a a brief interview here and there, we haven’t had any real updates on the project. So far we know it will be CG animated. It will be produced by Seth Rogan, they chose a director in Jeff Rowe (Writer on Gravity Falls and Disenchanted) and written by Brendan O’Brien (Neighbors)

That is, until Seth Rogan tweeted the following.

However, the obvious most notable is the release date. AUGUST 11, 2023

Yes we have a long wait, but with Seth Rogan at the helm, it will be worth it.
