“The Last Ronin” teaser trailer has been revealed!
THQ Nordic, the studio most known for remakes of “Destroy All Humans” and Destroy All Humans 2” revealed the Last Ronin teaser trailer at their game showcase. The game looks true to the source material, so we can expect a more mature telling of the lone surviving member of the Turtles.
The comic is a story of revenge. As each brother falls, a lone surviving brother is driven by rage in a quest to end those who killed his family. I could see most of the story being playable as the Last Ronin, but maybe small playable portions of each brother in the moments before they die.
Even in the short Last Ronin teaser, we get glimpses of how each turtle was killed. I don’t see this being a multi-player game in any way. As previously discussed, they look to be going the “God of War” route, with a more single player focus.
No release date has been announced, but I have heard rumors of a far off 2026 release. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Hopefully, we get more than a teaser for the Last Ronin soon.
