Today, Mondo has released two new limited edition collectible posters, TMNT: Rise of the Turtles.

If there is one thing the Turtles love, it is pizza. In these awesome posters, the Turtles are toppling over each other, slicing and eating their favorite food. Mondo is notorious for selling limited edition high quality posters and action figures. Two different color styles of the same image are available, with the blue background considered the Variant. Both posters were drawn by artist, JJ Harrison, best known for his work on Clarence from BOOM! Studios. These posters are are in the style of the Nickelodeon cartoon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
The beige poster (left) is a hand-numbered 1 of 250 screen print retailing for $40. The dimensions are 24″ by 18″. LINK.

what exactly is rise of the turtles referring to. is it just a cool name they thought of for these posters?
It could be because that was the name of the first two episodes of the 2012 Nickelodeon series of the turtles. It seems to be based on that series anyway.
