Turtle Bits: TMNT Weren’t Chosen for Hall of Fame, Black Friday Deals

by Justin W

For a brief, fleeting moment the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were counted among many other toys which were being considered for the National Toy Hall of Fame. Sadly, they didn’t make it into these prestigious ranks just yet, but when you take a look at the toys that did make it, there should be no doubt as to why. After all, Chess and the Rubber Duck are some of the oldest and most well known play things in the entire world, and they are more than worthy of being in the Toy Hall of Fame. The TMNT were still pretty high in the poll that they ran which asked fans what they would like to see inducted. Of course, this poll was just for fun, but it goes to show that there are a lot of shell heads out there who want to see some of their favorite toys chosen for this prestigious title.

My kids LOVE TMNT! I chose not to do Black Friday since I didn’t see any offered. I have 3 kids that were looking forward to ninja turtle toys and games. Maybe next time.
