Kevin Eastman and Ciro Nieli took some time with Adam Zacharias of City Times to discuss Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and they’re involvement with the current Nickelodeon series and more.
Twenty-Nine years ago Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird created the concept of weapon wielding, ninja fighting  mutated turtles. Eastman and Laird used all their money to create a single-edition comic of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which now has turned into a huge franchise.
Currently Ciro Nieli is the show-runner for Nickelodeons Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Kevin Eastman still donates his help wherever needed, Currently Kevin Eastman has been brought in to help on the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” 2014 film.
