Yes, after 8 long years and several strange choices that lead to mass confusion, the 10th and final season of the originalTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series is finally headed to DVD. Season 10 is set to hit shelves on August 14th, featuring all 8 episodes on one disc. In addition, the set will include interviews with some of the animators behind the magic. Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo are back in the classic final season that pits turtles from the past and present against the evil Lord Dregg and his minions. At an MSRP of $14.98, completing your collection probably isn’t going to hit your wallet too hard. However, completing your collection won’t necessarily mean that you’ve completed the series. Although this is the last and final season of TMNT, previous releases left out important and beloved episodes that still have not found their way to DVD. But, it has been confirmed that the two missing episodes from the original series of TMNT will be included as extras on the Season 10 DVD set. Fans will find it really nice to finally have the completed series on DVD and ready to watch whenever we want!
