NECA is the name behind some of the most amazing collectible TMNT figures ever made. Over the past decade, they’ve produced several wonderful limited edition products for a variety of different comic conventions. In just the last year, we’ve seen at least two impressive sets from this company, both of which were very popular with shellheads. Thankfully, even if you weren’t able to pick up these extremely limited collectibles, Toy News International and Pixel Dan have worked together to give us a closer look at each individual figure in these turtley awesome videos!
NECA Toys Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2008 Mirage Comics Figures Video Review
These are the TMNT figures that started it all for NECA. Before Playmates Toys produced their own set of TMNT figures based on the original Mirage comics, this company had already beaten them to the punch. In this video, Pixel Dan gives us a better look at all four turtles and talks about some of the additional figures that were produced in the same line. Speaking of which, they’ve actually produced even more Eastman & Laird/Mirage Comics TMNT figures since these first came out, and TNI has a fantastic overview of those toys below.
NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles NYCC 2016 Exclusive Eastman & Laird Villains 4-Pack Review
This video gives us a nice look at a set which NECA just recently released. Although this was available for a day or two on their website, it was intended for the audience at New York Comic-con. These figures go nicely with their original set of Eastman & Laird Ninja Turtles that were released several years ago. As with everything you’ll see in these videos, this set of TMNT figures is now only available on the secondary market. Even so, it might be worth looking for these figures if you’re at all interested in anything you see above.
NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade Game SDCC 2016 Exclusive Figures Video Review
Last but not least, the TMNT collectibles that got a lot of shellheads talking earlier this year. Even fans who aren’t typically toy collectors were taken aback by these awesome TMNT Arcade Game figures. NECA produced two sets in total, one with all four turtles and another with four enemies. As usual, Pixel Dan was there to do a review and give us a nice, close look at each individual toy.
Needless to say, it’s definitely worth subscribing to Pixel Dan, because he’s a huge fan of our heroes in a half shell and he covers a lot of the most awesome TMNT toys being produced today. We also recommend keeping an eye on Toy News International, because they often feature limited edition collectibles such as these for the fans who want to see them. Whether you can afford them or not, it’s pretty cool to get a nice look at rare and well crafted collectibles related to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
