NECA TMNT Movie 30th Anniversary Loot Crate

Loot Crate is launching a new platform for some of their specialty lines.

Similar to other crowd sourcing platforms, the Loot Launcher series is a specially themed crate from LootCrate with great exclusives that will only go in to production if it reaches it’s backer goal. To kick things off, they’re offering themed boxes for Godzilla, Gremlins, and the 30th Anniversary of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.

The box is said to feature a ton of exclusives from the 1990 film, yet only 1 is announced so far. An exclusive “Spirit Splinter” from NECA Toys.

The crate includes an exclusive “Spirit of Splinter” action figure not available anywhere else! It stands over 6” tall and is fully poseable with special iridescent paint applications, cloth robe, and LED campfire base to recreate one of the film’s most iconic scenes.

What else? An epic assortment of other TMNT movie collectibles & accessories. Plus… no anchovies. And we mean NO anchovies. You find anchovies in this thing and someone’s in big trouble, okay?

Gamestop is expanding their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles exclusive figures.

After the success of the first line of NECA figures based on the original movie, it’s no shock to see more toys coming. Here are all the exclusive Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Figures coming soon to Gamestop.

 

Retro Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Figure Set

Based on the 1988 line of Playmates toys, this set is a great collection of what got most of us hooked. The reissue is sure to be a welcome addition to any TMNT collection.

Batman vs the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Figures

DC rules the animated landscape, as far as superhero movies go. This crossover movie is a hit among fans and critics. The distinct art style is built to have a line of figures based from it. Each set has a TMNT character matched up with a Batman character in a great set that will make you want to collect the entire collection.

NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Wave 2

This line has been a hit! This year’s bundle from SDCC will mimic last years exclusive set, and will be sold individually at Gamestop.

Batman vs TMNT figures coming to Gamestop

Batman vs the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is quickly becoming a fan favorite for both franchises.

It honors multiple versions of the characters while telling a story that makes sense for the crossover. I loved the art as well. It stands out as it’s own style and works a fine line between the franchises.

And now, we’re getting toys based on the movie!

Each 2-pack comes with 1 character from each series. The pairings seem to match their counterpart in the movies. Each set retails for $49.99, or you can get them all at once for $249.99.

 

Batman & Leonardo 2-Pack: Two leaders unite in this Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2-pack that features Batman and Leonardo. NECA Toys announces First SDCC 2019 Exclusive

In keeping with the tradition of World Turtle Day, NECA Toys has once again announced their San Diego Comic Con TMNT exclusive.

And, oh man, it’s a good one.

From NECA Toys-

After wading in a puddle of radioactive waste, four ordinary reptiles become more than just turtles, and are raised by the similarly transformed rat Splinter to become New York City’s greatest crime-fighting quartet. Their biggest enemy—and Splinter’s nemesis—is The Shredder, ruthless leader of the Foot Clan, a criminal organization that’s terrorizing the city. Yet is only after Splinter is captured by the Foot that the Turtles learn how far back his feud with Shredder goes…

This epic box set recreates the “Capture of Splinter” scene from the 1990 movie in 7” scale, all the way down to the in-box positioning! The set includes Splinter (with cloth robe), Shredder (with cloth cape), and two Foot soldiers, plus plenty of extras: manacles, a cardstock crate, and a weapons rack for storing all the Foot clan accessories.

Looks like another hit from NECA! I love Master Splinter in these. They even nailed his robe! NECA puts out quality toys, and this set is a welcome addition to last year’s set, or any TMNT collection.
