Produced by Monogram and sold in Hot Topic stores, these new TMNT keyrings have some pretty cool molds based on the characters from the original TMNT animated series. If you’ve ever wanted to be in a TMNT movie, this might be your only chance, so be generous and support the Charlotte + Gwenyth Gray Foundation today.
Laura Linney Talks Turtles Movie
While we’re on the topic of TMNT 2, Laura Linney was recently asked about her role in the movie, and she seemed more than a little pleased. During the interview, she had the following to say:
“I’ve never been offered anything like that, so I was thrilled! You know, I have a young son, and the fact that he’ll be able to watch something [I’ve done] before he’s the age of 25 and not be traumatized by it is a good thing.”
Linney was of course referring sarcastically to her work in other films, which tend to be a lot more adult oriented. Regardless, it’s clear that she’s more than a little excited to have a starring role in the latest TMNT movie!
TMNT 2 Producers Praise Buffalo
With production well underway on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II, the producers of the film took some time out of their busy schedule to give due props to the city of Buffalo, New York. Producers Brad Fuller and Denis Stewart seemed pretty pleased with their experiences, and they were very thankful that the city helped them to get some pretty difficult shots. Whenever you have to close off traffic in a city, it can be a little bit hectic, but the city of Buffalo was very accommodating and that may result in excellent footage for TMNT 2.
Of all the turtle bits we talked about today, what are you most excited about? Do you want to win that walk-on role, or are you just in the market for some cool TMNT keychains? Whatever you’re interested in, let us know in the comments below and keep your eyes peeled to the site for more Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles news every week!

Linney’s comments are kinda useless, celebrities say that when they know they’re in crap, and I’ve heard it for good movies too.
Stephen Amell was cooler,he said this version of Casey Jones is more like the classic Green Arrow fans of his show have been wanting him to play, whatever that means.
(if i had to guess judging from last movie he’ll be a stereotypical vigilante,or from the leaked script where he lectures a hockey opponent about hurting another player “going home to his wife and kids with a black eye and for what?”)
I anticipate this Casey Jones to be a bit serious! Hopefully, his (Stephen Amell) script includes some good humor. Every Ninja Turtles fan appreciates good comedy.
A Green Arrow fan shed some light on your comment about being the character fans want him to play. Apparently in the show Green Arrow, Amell is not Green Arrow just yet. So I guess Amell’s new character (Casey Jones) is already at his prime.
im gonna get those mifigure turtles. THEY LOOK AWESOME!!!!
