We've got an exclusive clip from the upcoming DVD release of Turtle Power: The Definitive History of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Paramount Home Media Distribution has picked up the rights to Director Randall Lobb's multiple-years-in-the-making definitive documentary on the TMNT phenomenon. The film was produced by Isaac Elliott-Fisher and Mark Hussey. This DVD will provide exclusive footage from the late James Avery, who played The Shredder in the '87 cartoon series.
In this clip Kevin Eastman talks about the origins of each Ninja Turtle. Eastman discusses how 'Raphael' is the turtle whose personality resembles his own, and how 'Donatello' was created in the spirit of Peter Laird. Eastman also shares some insights into the creation of 'April O'Neil' and 'Casey Jones'.
